Privacy notice
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Pixdly holds, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website, the Pixdly product, and the business emails we send to professionals who work in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, CMC, regulatory operations, manufacturing and supply.
Who we are
Pixdly is a decision-support platform for post approval changes in the pharmaceutical industry, built and run by Oqtay Quliyev. Pixdly is the controller of the personal data described here.

If we emailed you
In short: we wrote to you at your work address because your role suggests that Pixdly concerns your professional work. We send a small number of short emails, from a named person, and you can stop them at any time with one click. If you ask, we delete your details.
Where we got your details
Your name, work email address, job title, employer and the country you work in came from a business contact data provider (Consulti AI), which compiles professional contact information about people in business roles. We did not buy or use personal email addresses, and we exclude personal addresses (for example Gmail or Hotmail) from our emails.
What we hold about you
- From the provider: name, work email, job title, employer, the employer's website and industry, city and country, a professional profile link where provided, and the provider's verification status of the email address. The provider's file may also contain a business phone number; we keep it only with the original import record and do not use it.
- Created by us: a relevance score based on your job title and your employer's industry, used only to decide who to contact first; the emails we sent you and whether they were delivered or bounced; whether you replied; and any notes we made about our conversation.
We do not use tracking pixels, we do not track whether you open our emails, and we do not rewrite links to see what you click.
Why, and on what basis
We contact you to learn how teams like yours handle post approval changes, and to offer you a look at a demo workspace. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and UK GDPR): contacting a professional at their work address about a subject that is directly relevant to their role, in a way they can easily stop. We have weighed that interest against your rights: the messages are few, short and relevant, sent by a named person, and each one has a one-click unsubscribe. In countries where the law requires prior consent for such emails (for example Canada and Australia), we do not email anyone without it.
How long we keep it
- The original rows from the provider's file: up to 180 days, then deleted.
- Your contact record and the history of our emails: while we are in contact, and for at most two years after our last exchange, then deleted or reviewed.
- If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we delete everything except a one-way code (a cryptographic hash) of your email address. It cannot be turned back into your address; we keep it only so that we never contact you again, even if your details reach us from another source.
Stopping our emails
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough, and it takes effect immediately. You can also simply reply "stop", or write to oqtay@pixdly.app.
Demo workspaces and invitations
Some emails link to a demo workspace. The general demo uses illustrative data only. Where we prepared a demo for your company, it is built from publicly available information about the company (not about you), it is read-only, and the link expires. Opening it does not create an account. An account is created only if you choose to accept an invitation and sign in.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- object to our use of it, including for direct marketing, which we always honour;
- restrict how we use it, or receive it in a portable format;
- complain to a data protection authority, for example the authority in the EU country where you live or work, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
To use any of these rights, write to oqtay@pixdly.app. We reply within one month.
Website and enquiries
If you send us an enquiry through the form on this website, we keep your name, work email, company, role and your message so that we can reply, and for as long as our conversation continues. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They count page views and measure how fast pages load, in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
The product
If you use a Pixdly workspace, we hold your sign-in email, your role in the workspace, and the information your organisation puts into it. Your organisation's data is visible only to members of that organisation. AI features are off unless an administrator of your organisation turns them on.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Pixdly. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose. Some are based in the United States; where data leaves the EU or UK, the transfer relies on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and sign-in |
| Vercel | Website and application hosting |
| Resend | Sending our emails |
| ImprovMX | Forwarding email sent to pixdly.app addresses |
| Microsoft and Google | The mailboxes where replies arrive and are answered |
| Consulti AI | The business contact data described above (the source, not a processor) |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
